Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

### ? Salary & Incentives

* Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month

* Performance-Based Incentives: Additional attractive incentives on successful bookings/closures

* Travel/Petrol Allowance: As per company policy

* Salary will be paid every month irrespective of sales performance, subject to company attendance and employment policies.

* High performers can earn significantly more through incentives.

### ? Job Responsibilities

* Handle leads provided by the company through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and investment preferences.

* Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities and payment plans.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

* Schedule and coordinate property/project site visits.

* Accompany customers during site visits and provide project presentations.

* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

* Negotiate with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.





* Achieve assigned monthly sales and site-visit targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and bookings.

* Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams until the booking process is completed.

* Generate referrals and develop a solid customer network.

* Stay updated about company projects, pricing, offers and the local real-estate market.
