Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Work on W2, C2C, and W2 Contract hiring requirements, as applicable.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job specifications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with candidates, account managers, vendors, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations within approved budgets.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Follow up on interview schedules, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, submissions, interviews, and placements.
Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, and employment market requirements.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
