Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end client delivery cycles—from intake to UAT—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-value outcomes aligned to Scrum/Agile tenets.
Act as primary client liaison, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and translating business needs into sprint-ready backlogs with Product Owners.
Coach and unblock Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QA) by removing impediments, refining ceremonies, and enforcing Definition of Done.
Track and report delivery KPIs (Velocity, Cycle Time, Release Burndown) to stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI dashboards.




Coordinate with global Delivery Leads to align sprints across time zones, ensuring seamless handoffs and continuous value flow.
Facilitate retrospectives, adapt process improvements, and scale agile practices through coaching and tooling enhancements.
