Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Contract-to-Hire positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates with the required skill sets.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients and follow up on feedback.
Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and joining dates.
Manage candidate documentation, offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining candidate quality.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
Experience in IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
Robust knowledge of technical hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, and other IT domains.
Hands-on experience with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Solid candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics, offer management, and joining ratios.
