We partner with property owners to grow revenue, manage hospitality assets end to end and create memorable guest experiences. We also work with corporates, event planners and strategic partners to bring more people to our destinations.

As we grow, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Business Development, Acquisitions & Partnerships Executive to help expand our property portfolio and revenue streams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Property Acquisition & Business Development
Identify resorts, villas, boutique hotels and hospitality properties for potential onboarding.
Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors and real estate networks.
Source current opportunities, conduct property visits and drive discussions towards signed management agreements.

Corporate Sales & Events
Generate B2B business from corporate offsites, team retreats, group stays, private events and celebrations.
Build relationships with corporate HR teams, admin teams, event planners and decision-makers.




Develop current revenue prospects across the Vibescapes portfolio and drive repeat business.

Partnerships & Collaborations
Build strategic relationships with travel partners, wedding planners, event agencies, brokers and relevant brands.
Identify collaboration prospects that generate bookings, property leads or incremental revenue.
Develop referral networks to strengthen our business pipeline.

Execution & Results
Own the sales pipeline from prospecting and meetings through proposals, negotiations and closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and revenue opportunities.
Work closely with the founders and internal teams to evaluate opportunities and ensure successful onboarding.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, hospitality, corporate events, real estate or partnerships.
Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
