Role - ServiceNow SPM Consultant

Experience required - 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite.
Configure and customize:
Demand Management
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Resource Management
Financial Planning
Agile Development 2.0
Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Build and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Configure project, demand, portfolio, resource, and financial management processes.
Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMOs, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
Support platform upgrades, testing,



defect fixes, and release deployments.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Required Skills:
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Solid expertise in:
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Demand Management
Resource Management
Financial Planning
Agile Development
Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Solid knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with:
Business Rules

UI Policies
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
