We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with solid exposure to India Domestic IT Staffing who can drive recruitment delivery, manage client requirements, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of IT Recruiters and drive daily recruitment delivery.
Handle India Domestic IT clients and understand their hiring requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery from sourcing to closure.
Track team performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, and closures.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.
Handle escalations, improve delivery processes, and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening,



and candidate closure.
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports.

Required Skills
Robust experience in India Domestic IT Recruitment/Staffing.
Proven experience in managing a team of 10+ recruiters and delivery management.
Able to work on multiple clienteles and manage multiple positions.
Strong client management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Hands-on approach with strong ownership of delivery.
