Requirements – CNC Drilling Machine Operator
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
2–5 years of experience as a CNC Drilling Machine Operator, preferably in steel fabrication or heavy engineering.
Valuable knowledge of CNC drilling machine operation, setting, and programming.
Basic to positive knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and understanding drawings.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, hole patterns, and fabrication details.
Knowledge of drilling, tapping, reaming, and other machining operations.
Knowledge of cutting tools, drill sizes, speeds, feeds, and machine parameters.
Ability to make necessary CNC program modifications and corrections.
Knowledge of Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape, and other inspection instruments.
Ability to achieve high accuracy, productivity, and minimum scrap.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.
Robust focus on quality, safety, discipline, and machine maintenance.
