Roles and Responsibilities:
Administer and support Siemens Polarion environments, including configuration, user access, workflows, projects, and system settings.
Develop and maintain automation and scripts to streamline Polarion administration and recurring operational tasks.
Investigate and resolve platform, integration, configuration, and user-access issues through structured troubleshooting.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions to improve platform reliability.
Support application lifecycle management processes and provide technical guidance to engineering and software delivery teams.
Skills Required:
7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Polarion administration, ALM support, automation,
scripting, and technical troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion administration and application lifecycle management platforms.
Robust scripting and automation experience for platform administration and operational workflows.
Proven troubleshooting skills across enterprise application environments and integrations.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and documenting corrective and preventive actions.
Valuable to Have:
Experience leading L2/L3 technical support operations and coordinating complex incident resolution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
