Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HEMM Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and operational readiness of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM), tippers, and trailers deployed across our sites in the Raigarh region.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all HEMM, tippers, and trailers.
• Monitor equipment condition, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and minimal equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with operators, mechanics, and site supervisors for maintenance activities.
• Monitor spare parts requirements, maintenance expenses, and equipment performance.




• Conduct regular inspections to ensure fleet reliability and operational readiness.

Candidate Requirements• Educational Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in HEMM maintenance, fleet upkeep, and mechanical maintenance is essential.
• Robust knowledge of heavy equipment, tippers, trailers, and diesel-powered machinery.
• Valuable coordination and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage maintenance activities across multiple sites in the Raigarh area.
