Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver age‑appropriate archery training sessions for students of various skill levels.
Teach fundamental techniques, including stance, grip, draw, aim, and release.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and risk‑management procedures.
Monitor individual progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized improvement plans.
Prepare students for inter‑school, district, and state level archery competitions.
Organize internal tournaments, exhibitions, and demonstrations to promote interest in archery.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance metrics, and equipment inventory.
Collaborate with the Physical Education department to integrate archery into the overall sports curriculum.
Participate in career development workshops and stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies.
Essential Qualifications
Graduation in Physical Education,
Sports Science, or a related field (B.P.Ed. preferred).
Certification from the Archery Association of India (AAI) or an equivalent recognized body.
First‑Aid certification and knowledge of basic sports injury management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children and adolescents.

Desired Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience coaching archery in a school or sports academy setting.
Demonstrated success in preparing students for competitive archery events.
Experience in managing archery equipment, including bows, arrows, and target setups.
Proven ability to design structured training programs and conduct performance assessments.
