Job Description
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the NBFC segment, with a particular focus on gold loan institutions.
Build and maintain a structured target account universe covering national, regional, and emerging lending institutions.
Create and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure and deployment.
Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
Identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers across operations, credit, procurement, and leadership functions.




Lead consultative sales discussions and position solutions against operational, commercial, and compliance challenges.
Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive successful commercial outcomes.
Build long-term customer relationships to support renewals, expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, pipeline reports, and conversion metrics.
Monitor market developments, customer trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to drive commercial effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience selling into NBFCs, MFIs, financial institutions, or regulated lending businesses.
Demonstrated success in recent business development and building sales pipelines from scratch.
Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
