As an EPM Director you will lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management client work, shaping budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions that help organizations improve financial planning and analysis processes. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business development efforts, oversee multiple work streams, and inspire teams while upholding quality, integrity, inclusion,



and a commercial mindset within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will assess client needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions, provide training and support, and use your leadership to cultivate prospects for growth across engagements.

Responsibilities
Leading Oracle enterprise performance management client engagements from strategy through implementation and ongoing support
Shaping budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions that align finance processes with business objectives
Driving business development efforts by identifying client needs, defining solution approaches, and advancing growth opportunities
Overseeing multiple project workstreams, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones across complex engagements
Developing executive-level client relationships and advising finance leaders on performance management priorities and transformation paths
