Role - ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules.
Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB solutions.
Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues.
Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance through best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, cloud, and third-party tools.
Develop and maintain automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.




Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ITOM components.

Required Skills:
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Solid hands-on experience in:
ServiceNow Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
CMDB Management
MID Server Administration
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation capabilities.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
