Job Summary

We are looking for target-oriented Blue Collar Recruiters to source and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers for domestic and international projects, especially in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates such as Masons, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Drivers, and other blue-collar workers.

• Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.

• Screen candidates and verify their skills, experience, licences, and documents, as applicable.

• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilization.





• Build a robust candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in blue-collar, construction, driver, or field recruitment.

• Positive understanding of skilled and semi-skilled manpower sourcing.

• Robust networking, communication, and coordination skills.

• Only Male candidates may apply.

• Existing contacts with contractors, ITIs, vendors, or manpower suppliers will be an advantage.

• Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
