Sr. Accounts Executie
Role Purpose
Responsible for accurate accounting, timely financial records, statutory compliance and financial reporting to ensure complete visibility and control over the company's finances.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-Day Accounting: Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and other financial transactions accurately and
on time.Accou• nts Payable: Verify supplier invoices, maintain payable records and ensure payments are processed as per approved terms.Accou
• nts Receivable: Raise invoices, record customer receipts and follow up on outstanding payments.Bank
• & Ledger Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, customer/supplier ledgers and identify and resolve discrepancies.GST &
• Statutory Compliance: Prepare and maintain data required for GST, TDS and other applicable statutory filings; ensure timely compliance.Invoi
• ce & Document Control: Ensure proper supporting documents for all accounting entries and maintain organized records.Expen

Record and monitor company expenses and ensure expenses are supported by appropriate approvals and documents.Month
• -End Closing: Complete monthly accounting activities and ensure ledgers, provisions and reconciliations are updated and accurate.Finan
• cial Reporting: Prepare regular reports on receivables, payables, expenses, cash/bank balances and other management requirements.ERP &
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate accounting data in the ERP and ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounts and periods.Audit
• Support: Provide required records, reconciliations and supporting documents for internal, statutory and tax audits.Coord
• ination: Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production, HR, customers, suppliers and external consultants on accounting and financial matters.

Experience & Skills
• 5+ years' experience in Accounts/Finance, in a manufacturing en
vironment.Positive• knowledge of accounting principles and practical bookkeeping.Work
