Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design or Computer Science or related field

Role & Responsibilities
Understand user roles and design for their needs
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Tax Experts to define UX goals
Simplify complex workflows and user interfaces across tax products, sales, and support
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Design consistent, accessible, and intuitive interfaces
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the UX
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
Work in agile development teams and participate in product planning
Skill Requirement
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
Knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably finance or tax domain
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
Robust communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
