Summary

We are seeking an experienced skilled to lead our procurement operations within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will oversee the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining robust vendor relationships. The position demands a strategic thinker capable of balancing immediate material needs with long-term financial objectives, playing a critical part in optimizing supply chain efficiency and supporting overall organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of potential and existing suppliers to assess reliability, quality, and performance standards.

• Implement rigorous cost control measures and perform detailed price comparisons to secure the most competitive rates for goods and services.

• Coordinate closely with inventory teams to align material procurement with operational requirements and stock levels.





• Utilize advanced MS Excel functionalities to analyze data, generate reports, and track procurement metrics.

• Oversee all aspects of purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Build and maintain solid, strategic partnerships with vendors to enhance service delivery and negotiation outcomes.

• Lead sourcing initiatives and execute negotiation strategies to optimize terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Demonstrated expertise in Purchase Order (PO) management and documentation.

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive supplier evaluations and vendor management.

• Solid background in cost control, price comparison, and budget adherence.

• Proficient in inventory and material coordination processes.
