Job Responsibilities
Handle recruitment for automobile service centres and vehicle showrooms.
Source candidates for roles such as:
Technician
Service Advisor
Sales Executive
Bodyshop Advisor
CRE
Workshop & Showroom Staff
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
Work independently and manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Candidate Requirements
Automobile industry recruitment experience is mandatory.
Experience in vehicle service centres, workshops or automobile showrooms hiring is preferred.
Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.
Good knowledge of automobile job roles.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-based workplace.
Experience
1–3 years in Automobile Recruitment / HR Recruitment preferred.
Compensation100% Incentive & Target-Based
No fixed salary.
Earnings are based on successful recruitment/joining and achievement of targets.
Higher performance = Higher incentives.
