Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students/parents, handling enquiries, explaining courses and programs, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
Handle incoming enquiries and generate follow-ups.
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Meet admission/enrollment targets.
Maintain basic records and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Previous experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Compensation:
₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
