Role: Store Manager
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 3–6 years in retail store management
Industry: Fashion / Lifestyle / Apparel preferred
What you'll be responsible for
Own the store's sales, revenue & profitability targets
Lead, train and motivate the store team
Drive customer experience and build robust customer relationships
Manage daily store operations, VM, inventory & stock accuracy
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Ensure MYDESIGNATION's brand standards are consistently maintained
Drive local initiatives to increase footfall,
conversion & repeat customers
Build MYDESIGNATION's presence and customer base in Chennai
What we're looking for
Strong experience in fashion/lifestyle retail
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent people-management and leadership skills
Customer-first mindset with solid communication skills
Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
Someone energetic, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
This isn't just another store-manager role.
You'll be leading MYDESIGNATION's first chapter in Chennai and have the opportunity to build the store, team and customer community from the ground up.
