We are looking for a Recruiter – Retail & Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and bulk hiring requirements while effectively managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and bulk hiring.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and local hiring channels.
Manage hiring for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and other retail roles.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive selections.
Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Partner with Retail Operations and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Manage stakeholder communication, hiring updates, and closure timelines.
Conduct hiring drives and walk-ins as required.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in retail recruitment / bulk hiring.
Robust sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring.
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-oriented with solid follow-up and communication skills.
