Minimum 5 years of experience in the garments/textile industry.
Supervise and monitor day-to-day garment production activities.
Allocate work to operators and ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production targets, efficiency, and manpower utilization.
Ensure garments are produced according to quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, and Packing teams.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions promptly.
Monitor operator performance and maintain workplace discipline.
Ensure proper handling and usage of machines, materials, and accessories.
Maintain daily production reports and other relevant records.
Follow company safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
