MYDESIGNATION, Kerala’s favourite young fashion brand, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants to join our sales team in Chennai.

Good communication skills and a passion for fashion and customer service will be an advantage. Freshers are also welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, requirements, and style.
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Provide product information and suggest suitable styles, products, and ongoing offers.
Promote current promotions, current arrivals, and featured products to customers.
Support sales activities and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Maintain the store and ensure products are neatly displayed and organized.
Keep the storeroom neat, organized, and properly maintained.




Ensure accurate records of inventory are maintained.
Escalate customer concerns and complaints to the management when required.
Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to store-level activities.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
