Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining valuable relationships with existing customers, handling customer enquiries, following up with customers, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop robust relationships with customers.
Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Support business development and customer acquisition activities.
Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
Achieve assigned targets and support branch business growth.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two / Degree
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in Finance, NBFC, Gold Loan, Microfinance, Banking or related financial services will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and relationship management skills.
Ability to work towards assigned targets.
Two-wheeler is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience: Candidates who have previous experience in NBFCs, financial institutions, Gold Loan companies, Microfinance, or other finance-related organizations are preferred.
Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
