We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Bhilai. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, handling calls, generating leads and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain client records and call details.
Handle client queries professionally.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required, basic English is preferred.
Confident, polite, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
