We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our real estate operations, ensuring productive project execution, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations across real estate projects, from planning to handover.
Drive project execution, timelines, quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Oversee construction, procurement, contracts, facilities, and project support functions.
Develop and implement SOPs, processes, KPIs, and performance systems.
Manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve project profitability.
Lead and mentor senior operational teams and ensure accountability.
Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, quality standards,



and timely project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and business growth.
Provide regular operational and performance updates to the leadership team.

Ideal Candidate
12–18+ years of experience in real estate, construction, property development, or infrastructure.
Robust experience in managing multiple projects and large cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in project delivery, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Solid commercial, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
