We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR & Recruitment Manager to build and manage a strong in-house team for our growing consumer electronics and accessories business.
The primary responsibility of this role will be end-to-end recruitment and team building. The candidate will identify the manpower requirements of different departments, source suitable candidates, conduct the initial screening and coordinate the complete hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Understand the company’s manpower requirements and prepare suitable hiring plans.
Identify, source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, references and other channels.
Build dedicated teams for areas such as Product Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Operations.
Support the development of a skilled and productive in-house team culture.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline and basic HR-related matters.
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
Experience recruiting for creative, product, marketing or e-commerce roles will be an advantage.
Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
Ability to handle recruitment and build a strong in-house team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
