Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), Fire Alarm, Intercom, and SMATV systems.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, fiber optic networks, and structured cabling systems.
Ensure smooth operation of Data Center and Communication Rooms.
Diagnose faults and restore telecom services with minimum downtime.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for telecom system maintenance.
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
