Job Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand their requirements.
Explain and suggest suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and related products.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Handle sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers, dealers and shopkeepers.
Coordinate with the billing, warehouse and delivery teams.
Follow up on pending payments and orders when required.
Maintain proper customer and sales records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure good customer service and professional behaviour in the showroom.
Handle company phone/SIM and customer calls properly during working hours.
Skills Required:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Kannada and English communication preferred.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
