A Head of Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) directs facility or infrastructure reliability, asset performance, and daily technical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Create preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and asset life.
Team Leadership: Supervise engineering, technical, and facility staff, providing training and setting performance KPIs.
Budget & Compliance: Manage departmental spending, supplier contracts, and compliance with local safety or grid regulations.
Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures or operational bottlenecks to prevent repeat issues.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: Typically 5 to 15+ years of hands-on technical management in manufacturing, energy, transmission, or facilities.
Core Skills: Asset management, vendor negotiation, safety audits, and energy conservation

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
