Pro Vision is an immigration consultancy based in Sector 17-D, Chandigarh. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team.
Candidate Requirement
Experienced candidates from the Immigration field are preferred/required. Candidates should have prior experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa processing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Understand clients' requirements and provide basic information about suitable immigration options.
Schedule appointments for immigration counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for further client processing.
Requirements
Prior experience in the Immigration field is required/preferred.
Experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa consultancy, or related services will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Robust convincing and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
