Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social media presence, content planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for projects, offers, and brand campaigns.
Coordinate with design, copywriting, and video teams for timely content delivery.
Manage the community: respond to comments and messages and route enquiries to the sales team.
Grow followers and engagement, and track reach, engagement, and lead metrics.
Monitor trends and competitors and recommend new content ideas.
Prepare monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
Working knowledge of scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar).

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in real estate or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Qualified attitude with problem-solving capability.
