Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project execution and site operations.
Supervise and coordinate RCC, structural, finishing, architectural, and civil works.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and execution plans.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, material availability, productivity, and site progress.
Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site level.
Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with project specifications.




Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of assigned activities.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and senior management regarding project status and critical site issues.
Ensure proper execution of work while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
Support project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on pending construction activities.

Pay: ₹407,000.00 - ₹1,640,000.00 per year
