Job Description
Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Drive revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
Identify and secure prospects across warehousing, transportation (FTL), and contract logistics.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of enterprise customers.
Lead strategic account management and customer retention initiatives.
Design customised logistics and supply chain solutions.
Present value-driven proposals and negotiate commercial contracts.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Monitor sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health





The Successful Applicant
15+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or 3PL sales.
Significant leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams.
Strong track record of B2B sales success and large contract wins.
Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and warehousing operations.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
MBA or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
