Conduct architectural research, site studies, precedent analysis, and data collection to support project development and design decisions.
Prepare documentation, reports, and reference material for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist in the preparation of conceptual architectural designs, massing studies, spatial planning, and design narratives.
Develop schematic design (SD) and design development (DD) drawings in compliance with State Building Byelaws, NBC, local development regulations, and statutory norms.
Explore cutting-edge design approaches and experiment with architectural forms, materials, and spatial concepts.
Create detailed 3D models, walkthroughs, and high-quality 2D & 3D renders for design presentations and client communication.
Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Utilize AI-assisted tools for:-

Concept visualization and mood generation

Presentation drawings and layouts





Workflow optimization and design iterations and

Graphic enhancement and communication design.
Prepare industry-standard architectural presentations, design boards, and client-facing documents.
Develop explicit design communication material, including diagrams, zoning studies, exploded views, and storytelling graphics.
Support other architects in design reviews, internal presentations, and client meetings. Will also be required to do presentation to clients.
Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs, incorporate feedback, and revise drawings accordingly.
Assist in coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, etc.) to integrate inputs into architectural drawings.
Maintain organized communication records and design revisions.
