Key Responsibilities:
Develop current business in liner shipping and container logistics.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure service excellence.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with customers.
Achieve sales targets (volume, revenue, profitability).
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide sales reports and maintain accurate records.
Develop current business opportunities in liner shipping, chartering (bulk, break bulk, or project cargo), and international forwarding.
Maintain and expand a portfolio of shippers, consignees, brokers, and freight forwarders.
Maintain database with accurate and updated client information, pipeline, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and freight rates to develop a competitive sales strategy.
