Build and improve production AI agents
Design multi-turn conversational workflows
Build LLM tool/function calling and structured outputs
Build backend APIs and integrations
Develop frontend and internal engineering tools
Design conversation state and context management
Build retrieval and knowledge systems
Work with SQL databases, caching, and queues
Build human handover and escalation workflows
Create AI evals and automated regression tests
Build guardrails to prevent hallucinations and unsafe actions
Improve latency, reliability, and AI inference costs
Build logging, tracing, and observability for AI decisions
Handle authentication, authorization, and sensitive customer data securely
Help architect systems for increasing traffic and conversation volume
