ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist with robust experience in B2B lead generation, funnel optimisation and conversion.
You will manage campaigns across 15+ brands, focusing on high-quality MQLs, lead conversion and revenue, including high-ticket B2B audiences with transaction values of 1–2 Cr+.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
• Target business owners, investors, franchise buyers and decision-makers.
• Build and optimise Lead → MQL → SQL → Conversion funnels.
• Monitor CPL, MQL quality, conversion rate, CAC and revenue.
• Manage retargeting, A/B testing and campaign scaling.
• Analyse campaign and sales data to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage campaigns across multiple brands.
• Work closely with sales and guide the performance marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
• Proven B2B lead generation experience.
• Good understanding of MQL, SQL and conversion funnels.
• Experience with high-ticket B2B products/services preferred.
