Responsibilities
• Deliver real-time voice support to BG field engineers, enabling seamless task completion and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Provide expert guidance on systems, processes, scheduling, parts, and service-related queries.
• Drive engineer engagement through effective NPS survey promotion and feedback collection.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards while maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Maximize first-call resolution and proactively identify improvement prospects to enhance engineer and customer experience.
