Ensure timely bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and ageing analysis.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting
Maintain inventory accounting and stock records.
Verify raw material consumption and finished goods accounting.
Coordinate with Stores and Production departments for stock reconciliation.
Assist in product costing and cost analysis.
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
Ensure accurate TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.
Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Support tax assessments and departmental audits.
Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Assist management with budgeting and forecasting data.
Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Generate reports related to inventory, sales, and profitability.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Prepare schedules and documents required for audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Banking & Treasury Support
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Process online banking transactions and fund transfers.
Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
Manage LC, BG, and other banking documentation if applicable.
