- Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams and key stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, such as:
- o US W4 W2 Forms
- o UK P60 P45 P11D
- o Final Paycheck Laws
- o State reciprocal agreements

- Thorough understanding of payroll controls and validation checks, including:
- o Payroll reconciliation
- o Variance analysis
- o Zero or Negative Net Pay reports
- o Duplicate payment reports
- o Input vs Output validation checks

- Knowledge of ERP applications such as:
- o SAPRoles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
- Interact regularly with peers within the organization.
- Engage with management and stakeholders when required.
- Work with minimal supervision on daily activities.
- Receive moderate guidance for current assignments.
