company is an Indian personal care and beauty company focused on science-backed, plant-based products. We are growing our marketing and creative team and are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of visuals, branding, content, and marketing.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Design-Led Marketing Executive who can help convert marketing ideas and brand strategy into attractive and consistent visual content.

This role is not purely a graphic design role. You will work closely with designers, photographers, agencies, editors, and other creative teams to plan and execute high-quality marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert brand and marketing ideas into clear creative briefs and visual concepts.

- Work with designers, photographers, editors, agencies, and other creative partners.

- Plan and coordinate product, model, salon, campaign, social media, and marketplace shoots.

- Prepare moodboards, shot lists, references, props, locations, and production plans.

- Ensure all creative content follows Our brand look and quality standards.

- Review designs, photos, videos, and other content before final approval.

- Create reusable templates and content formats for social media, e-commerce, campaigns, retail, and product launches.

- Maintain an organized library of creative assets, source files, references, and approved content.

- Keep track of relevant beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and visual marketing trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, Content Production, Art Direction, or Design-led Marketing.

- Robust visual sense and creative thinking.





- Ability to understand and explain why a design or creative idea works.

- Experience with moodboards, creative briefs, shot lists, or content planning.

- Good understanding of social media, e-commerce, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.

- Good project management and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with designers, agencies, photographers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Should be able to balance creativity, quality, deadlines, and business requirements.

Good to Have

- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, Wellness, or Consumer Brands.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.

- Familiarity with photography/video production.

- Existing contacts with photographers, videographers, stylists, studios, or production vendors.
