The Role
We are looking for a hands-on UK accountant who can lead from the front. You will personally produce accounts and tax work on a daily basis whilst building and managing a growing team around you.
We are open to two types of candidate:
• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA with UK accounts and tax experience, ready to step into the role from day one
• A high-potential candidate with strong soft skills and technical aptitude, whom we will support through ACCA qualification with a structured study and bond arrangement
For both, the non-negotiable is attitude: ownership mentality, hunger to build, and the discipline to see it through.

• Set and maintain standard operating procedures across all service lines
• Manage workload allocation and ensure deadlines are met
Quality and Communication
• Own the quality assurance process: review standards, error tracking, continuous improvement
• Communicate professionally with UK clients, accountants and business owners
• Handle escalations and complex queries with confidence
• Provide regular operational updates to the senior management and clients
