- 3d routing & packaging
- Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing
- Extensive design experience of Electri cal routings & packaging
- Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design)
- Clash analysis, DMU
- Expertise in design of clamps, brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations.
- Knowle dge of DFMEAoKnowledge of Info fitment drawing preparation.
- Selection of proper retention items (. retention clips, cable tie s, while 3D model routing.
- Selection of harness coverings (. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, based on 3D model rou ting and packaging and surrounding geometry.
- Release in PLM
- ECN management.
