Role Summary:

Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control. Team Summary:

The Accounts Receivable team provides financial, clerical, and administrative support to help ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate handling of accounts under its control. The team contributes to maintaining financial accuracy by supporting collections, payment application, account reconciliation, and issue resolution across a range of accounting activities.

This role plays an important part in supporting routine and non-routine accounts receivable work, including transaction review, account maintenance, and coordination with internal partners. The position requires attention to accounting details, familiarity with general bookkeeping procedures, and the ability to apply sound judgment when reviewing account activity. Team members are expected to support operational needs, assist with process improvements, and respond to assigned job-related tasks as directed by authorized leadership.

Success in this role depends on the ability to work with accuracy, manage multiple account tasks, and communicate clearly with internal teams. The team values reliable execution, consistent follow-through, and practical problem solving that helps maintain accurate financial operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate application of payments, credits, and adjustments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate variances, balances, or posting issues.
- Process and track collections-related activities to support timely resolution of outstanding receivables.




- Review account records for accuracy and update account information in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Prepare routine reports, account summaries, and reconciliation documentation for review and follow-up.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies and support account maintenance activities.
- Apply general bookkeeping procedures to support accurate recordkeeping and financial control.
- Identify process gaps or recurring issues and share observations that may improve accounts receivable workflows.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, or other accounting close activities as assigned.
- Use AI-enabled productivity tools to help organize account data, draft routine notes, and speed up analysis, while verifying accuracy before work is finalized.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation when needed.
- Help maintain organized financial records and account files.
- Support cross-functional requests related to billing, cash application, or collections.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Contribute to documentation updates for recurring accounts receivable procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and special accounting projects.
- Escalate account issues that require additional review or approval.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by leadership.

Expected Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting operations, or a related finance role.
- Experience with general bookkeeping procedures, including account reconciliation and transaction review.
- Working knowledge of billing, collections, cash application, and receivables tracking processes.
- Familiarity with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze account data, identify discrepancies, and support resolution activities.
- Understanding of month-end close activities and standard accounting controls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistent follow-through.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.
