Role Description The Senior Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Haveli, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth execution of services. This role includes monitoring operational performance, managing schedules and workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and resolving service issues promptly. The Senior Operations Executive will analyze operational data, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality. The position also involves preparing reports,



supporting compliance with company policies, and contributing to strategic operations planning. The role requires hands-on involvement on the ground, with a focus on consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience in supervising daily workflows and service delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements.
- Proven experience in an operations or service management role, preferably in technology, transportation, or related domains.
- Ability to work on-site in Haveli, manage multiple priorities, and make timely decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and familiarity with operations or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
