Sr. D365 F&O; Finance Support Lead (6A/6B)

Experience: 14+ years, including solid D365 F&O; Finance and AMS leadership experience.

- Lead global L2/L3 support for D365 F&O; Finance across RTR, PTP, OTC, Project Accounting, Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank,



Budgeting and related processes.
- Own incident, SLA, escalation, problem and service management, including major incident coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Provide functional oversight for data fixes, regional customizations, integrations, production assurance and finance-critical periods.
- Drive team governance, knowledge management, root-cause elimination, continual improvement and service reporting.
- Coordinate with technical teams, Microsoft, business stakeholders and external application owners.
