About the Role

Appsquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing function and drive business growth across multiple online channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, ORM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics, along with proven experience in team leadership, client management, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across SEO, SMO, PPC, ORM, Content, and Design.
- Oversee digital campaigns and ensure performance against KPIs, ROI, leads, and conversions.
- Manage key client relationships, understand business requirements, and provide customized digital strategies.
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and growth strategies to clients and senior management.
- Analyze data using GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
- Manage resource planning, team performance,



mentoring, and professional development.
- Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, performance, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including 4–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, ORM, Content, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Proven experience managing large and cross-functional digital marketing teams.
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, GSC, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Solid understanding of digital strategy, campaign optimization, reporting, KPIs, ROI, and conversions.
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on digital marketing expertise.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from IT/Software, Digital Marketing Agencies, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations with strong experience in managing digital marketing teams and client-facing projects will be preferred.
