Housr is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to ensure an exceptional experience for our residents. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and experience in hospitality or guest relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage resident queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming resident experience throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other teams for issue resolution.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room-related assistance.
- Maintain solid relationships with residents and address their concerns proactively.
- Conduct regular property checks and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Collect resident feedback and support initiatives to improve guest experience.
- Assist the Resident Manager with day-to-day property operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Customer Experience / Hospitality.
- Experience in 5-star hotels or premium hospitality brands preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, presentable, and comfortable handling resident escalations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
